Maker Faire Trieste 2020

MAKER FAIRE TRIESTE 2020 It has a world premiere STEEL ROLLER KIT On the 4th and 5th of September it took place Trieste the first edition of Trieste Maker Faire (last years it was Mini Maker Faire), Andrea Martini (CEO & Founder of Robot Factory Srl) presented our latest project as a world premiere, Steel Roller Kit. This brand new accessory for 3D printers consists of a stainless steel conveyor belt that replaces the original print bed of the printer on which it is mounted. Thanks to the adoption of the Steel Roller kit on your 3D printer, once a piece has been printed, the printing bed moves forward automatically , until the printed piece is completely detached, and then it returns to its initial position and allow to start of a new printing job… and 3D printing continues … it continues… continues… There was a lot of interest from the Makers public, always attentive to the news aimed at improving 3D printing processes.
Formnext 2019 – Frankfurt (Germany)

Formnext 2019 – Frankfurt (Germany) At Formnext 2019, the world reference event for all those looking for solutions for next-generation industrial production that took place in Frankfurt (Germany), 19-22 November 2019, Robot Factory attended and presented all the news on the consolidated series of Sliding-3D, which sees the PLUS model, designed to guarantee maximum performance also using technologically enhanced materials that normally require extrusion temperatures between 280 °C and 450 °C, alongside to the standard model, already presented at the Formnext 2018 edition. But the real novelty of this year on the Robot Factory stand was represented by the newborn Silver Belt. It is with this new product, which will be distributed in a mounting kit starting from the end of November, that Robot Factory promises to spread the most innovative technology of the last years in the extruded filament 3D printing. The Silver Belt printer, as well as the professional Sliding-3D series printers, is a non-orthogonal coordinate system in which the construction plane does not coincide with the adhesion plane of the object to be printed. The X-Y plane is inclined with respect to the Z axis, therefore, the printing of each layer is inclined at a fixed angle with respect to this. This feature, together with the fact that the Z axis is a moving belt, allows the printing plane to move continuously with respect to the extruder, which in turn is inclined at 45° with respect to the plane, thus allowing to print objects in series , or very long objects, in an almost uninterrupted work cycle.
European Maker Faire – Rome 2019

Maker Faire Rome 2019 The seventh edition of the Maker Faire Rome, the European Edition, the digital craft fair, took place from 18th to 20th October 2019. Robot Factory presented the latest project: Silver Belt – “All Metal Kit” to build an FDM-45 3D Printer After several successful projects produced in kits since the first year of our experience and long lasting experience in the production of 3D Printers, we just presented the unique FDM-45 3D Printer equipped with a sliding print bed with the 45° inclined extruder, entirely achievable through an “all metal mounting Kit”. The first and only one that does not need any self printed plastic parts! If you want to know your 3D printer in all the details, but at the same time want to take advantage of the great advantages offered by the use of FDM-45 technology, now you can build your own using the Silver Belt Kit and when at the end the you will use it, the experience will be much more gratifying, since you will know every detail really well, but with the guarantee that every part of it has been perfectly engineered. With the Silver Belt kit you have the opportunity to build a 3D printer that maintains the same functional features as the professional Sliding-3D printer (awarded with the blue ribon ‘Maker of Merit’ at the last edition of the Rome Maker Faire), but at a cost really cheap!..
