The prices of the products in the price list, do not include VAT and any further tax, nor any expenses of packing, transportation charges, insurance and installation, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. All prices are in Euro. Robot Factory S.r.l. will confirm or change the prices of goods at the time of the Confirmation Order on the basis of the current price list at that time, whose publication cancels and replaces the previous price lists.

Following the receipt of an order, we will send Custom Offer at which follows a Proforma Invoice, together with the bank coordinates to make the payment by bank transfer. There are no forms of deferred payments.

Robot Factory includes one-year warranty on its products starting from the invoicing date of purchased item, excluding from that all products supplied in assembly kits.

Within the framework of the Warranty applicable to the product ‘sold in assembly kit‘ Robot Factory undertakes to repair or replace any components (electrical / electronic or metal parts of the kit) that may prove to be defective or not working at the time of purchase, but does not release no guarantee on the product in terms of quality, performance, accuracy, reliability, suitability for a particular use or other use that the customer will want to make of it.

Warranty repairs will be performed only if the defect is reported within the warranty period and only if together with the original sales invoice or a sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase, the product type, the serial number on the product itself).

Following shall not be Warranty:

1) The periodic maintenance and repair, or replacement, of parts due to wear and tear

2) The consumables or components which are expected to require periodic replacement during the useful life of the product such as: – Siligel and Glass of Resin Vat – Lamp of projector – Consumer materials (resin, cleaner, etc.) – Parts that, of course, are subject to wear for work done

3) Damage or defects caused by use, operation or improper handling of the product, or for purposes other than normal professional use

4) Damage due to changes in the product. The complete terms and conditions of the warranty can be found in the manual “Instructions for installation, use and maintenance” supplied with the product.

The assistance is provided exclusively through web network (email, remote assistance, etc.) or at the headquarters of Robot Factory S.r.l. (Via Caltana, 59 – Mirano (VE) – Italia), except as otherwise expressly agreed.

There is no kind of compensation for the period of inactivity of the product stopped in assistance

The transport of the material to and from the headquarters Robot Factory S.r.l. is at responsibility of the customer.

The customer is obliged to communicate in writing any claims not later than 8 days from receipt of goods.

No return of goods will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing by Robot Factory S.r.l. Returns of goods, because they do not conform to the orderly goods, or for workmanship defects, must be received at our warehouse, freight prepaid, and accompanied by relevant document on which they must clearly appear the details of the invoice relating to the goods purchased.

It is customer’s responsibility to be aware of all the legal restrictions and safety standards relating to the use of the purchased products.

Any dispute, dependent on these Conditions of Sale, the parties agree that the exclusive competence is for the Court of registered office of the Robot Factory S.r.l., that is, the Court of Venice – Italy.

The customer actually accept these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE at the time of purchase (which actually happens to the payment by the Customer of the amount agreed for the supply of goods) which automatically implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of above.

Robot Factory S.r.l. reserves the right to modify at any time these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE, customers are advised to read the Conditions of Sale before of each purchase.
