Electronics Fair – Radioamatore Tech Expo Pordenone (Italy) – 20 and 21 April 2024

Radioamatore Tech Expo In Pordenone (Italy), from 20 to 21 April 2024 Radio Equipment, Electronics, Computing and Tuning Trade Show.  With its over 200 exhibitors in total and the general public coming from all over North-East Italy and from Slovenia and Croatia, this year too Radioamatore Tech Expo confirmed itself as the leading event in Italy in the consumer electronics and low-cost IT sector, as well as a meeting point for all those who live the “digital passion“. As always, the appointment with the various Italian and foreign groups of the Italian Radio Amateur Association and with the Linux Arena took place in pavilion 5, an open space to offer the public the best technologies present in the panorama of free software in Italy and in the world . Also in pavilion 5, the makers, modern craftsmen capable of engineering-type creations, presented their projects to all electronics, mechanics, IT and do-it-yourself enthusiasts. Digital makers, through the use of 3D printers and scanners and with the three-dimensional modeling technique, concretely develop the digital project into a finished object by creating electronic and robotic equipment. MODEL EXPO ITALY – Verona – 9-10 March 2024

Model Expo Italy is the leading event in Italy for the world of static and dynamic modeling. The exhibition area covers over 60 thousand square metres. 10 thematic areas and 450 exhibitors representing the main modeling sectors: car modelling, aeromodelling, model railways, static modelling, model ships, working machinery modelling, Special Area. A transversal event that combines the world of modeling, the passion for Lego and the universe of gaming. A place where you can buy and try out the latest innovations in all sectors of modeling. Over 100 events scheduled including shows, races and competitions. SAMUEXPO Fair 1-3 February 2024

Robotfactory to SAMUEXPO 2024 – a national and international reference event – machines, technologies, metalworking and plastics.to WE PARTICIPATED IN SAMUEXPO – THE INTERNATIONAL BIENNIAL EVENT WHICH CONTAINS FOUR EVENTS (SAMUMETAL – SAMUPLAST – SUBTECH – FACTORY 4.0) A reference event at a national and international level, thanks to the presence of companies from all over the world. An important opportunity to build new business relationships, network, and find out about news in the key sectors. An opportunity for meetings between manufacturers of machinery and technologies for the manufacturing industry and end customers (distributors and buyers). During the fair we presented the latest news related to the system Pneumatic Injection Molding, especially Automatic Material Feed the brand new system of automatic feeding for injection molding.  Automatic Material Feed It was developed to improve loading operations on Benchtop Injection Molding. This new tool automates the material loading process for injection work, ensuring the efficiency and safety of loading operations. The Automatic Feeding system is another piece added to the universe of Benchtop Injection Molding making the system increasingly high-performance and competitive in the market. The use of Pneumatic Injection Molding with Pneumatic Vice in combination with the Automatic Feeding, allows the material to be automatically fed before each injection cycle, giving the possibility of speeding up, facilitating and improving the quality of the work.The Automatic Feeding system manages, via microprocessor, both the advancement speed of the belt where the material is located and the material loading time by feeding with the due quantity the injection chamber. Automatic Material Feed

Automatic Material Feed is an automatic loading for injection molding. Automatic Material Feed was developed to improve loading operations on Benchtop Injection Molding. This new tool automates the material loading process for injection job, ensuring the efficiency and safety of loading operations. The Automatic feeding system is another item that is added to the Benchtop Injection Molding universe, making the system increasingly high-performance and competitive in the market.The use of Pneumatic Injection Molding with Pneumatic Vice in combination with the Automatic Feeding system allows the material to be automatically fed before each injection cycle, giving the possibility of speeding up, facilitating and improving the quality of the work.The Automatic Feeding system manages, via microprocessor, both the advancement speed of the belt where the material is located and the material loading time, feeding the injection chamber with the necessary quantity. The Automatic Feeding system consists of the following components:• Structure for the containment and distribution of the material• Microprocessor for managing the material feeding system Installation is very simple and quick and does not require special skills. The Automatic Feeding system increases production by approximately 20% compared to manual feeding as it eliminates the time needed to load the material. Using a rotary encoder it is possible to very simply set both the belt advancement speed and the motor operating time, all of which can naturally be viewed on the display on the system. The Automatic Feeding system can be installed with both Manual Pneumatic Injection Molding and Automatic Pneumatic Injection Molding, but only if the Pneumatic Vice is present since this is what manages the automation. As an alternative to the Automatic Feeding system, a Semi Automatic system is available which uses the same structure for the distribution of the material. The Semi Automatic Feeding system works by pressing a button located on the electronics container which makes the material flow into the injection chamber until the button is released. We took part to the Radiomatore 2 – From 18 to 19 November 2023 Radio, electronics and computers fair. The great Italian electronics, radio and photography fair. Maker Faire Trieste – Italy – Ed. 2023

Maker Faire Trieste 2023 The tenth edition of the Maker Faire in Trieste took place on 2 and 3 September 2023, in Piazza Unità d’Italia. Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these “makers” to show hobbies, experiments, projects. We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth – a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness. The International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) and the Comune di Trieste, in collaboration with many partners, did organize since 2014 the Trieste Mini Maker Faire at ICTP’s Miramare Campus. In 2020 the event has grown into the bigger “Maker Faire Trieste”, with the financial support of Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia. During the event, Andrea Martini, CEO & Founder of Robot Factory Srl, received an award for the longevity of participation in the Maker Faire in Trieste. We presented the novelty linked to our system for the mass production of 3D objects, Pneumatic Injection Molding, a pneumatic system for plastic injection production, the “automatic injection system“. Robotfactory at Maker Faire Wien 2023

Robot Factory Srl participated in the 5th Edition of the Maker Faire in Vienna which took place on the weekend of 3 and 4 June 2023 at the METAStadt in Vienna. The Maker Faire Vienna 2023 brought together pioneers and visionaries of the ‘Maker’ movement. Dale Dougherty also spoke at Austria’s largest Do-It-Yourself event, which took place in the METAStadt Vienna. The American is known as “The Godfather of the maker movement”, founded Make magazine and organized the first Maker Faire in 2006. Not only did he significantly contribute to the birth of the maker movement, but he also coined the term Web 2.0. “The Maker Faire is a showcase of creativity and ingenuity – it demonstrates what people can achieve when they engage in a project,” says Dougherty, and continues “The Maker Faire brings the maker movement to life, allowing everyone to see and experience what makers do and what projects they are realizing”.
